Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect product.
To be eligible:
- Report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal tag intact.
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video for verification.
Credit Note Policy
We do not provide cash refunds.
If your claim is approved and a replacement is unavailable, a Credit Note equal to the product value will be issued.
